Cara Isi Saldo (Top Up/Cash In) Go-Pay melalui BTN

BTN Internet Banking (Mobile app)

1. Login to BTN Internet Banking
2. Select TRANSFER & PAYMENTS > PURCHASE
3. Select NEW PAYEE
4. In INSTITUTION CATEGORY select GO-PAY > INSTITUTION > GO-PAY CUSTOMER > followed by nickname
5. Insert your GO-JEK app registered phone number (Example : 0812XXXXXX)
6. Insert PIN token of your BTN Internet Banking
7. Choose account number
8. Enter top up amount
9. Follow the instruction to complete your transaction

Note :
- Minimum top up amount Rp10.000
- Fee per transaction Rp1.000

BTN Mobile Banking

1. Login to BTN Mobile Banking
2. Select PEMBELIAN > TOP UP GO-PAY
3. Select source account
4. Select GO-PAY CUSTOMER followed by your GO-JEK app registered phone number (Example: 0812XXXXXX)
5. Enter top up amount
6. Follow the instruction to complete your transaction

Note :
- Minimum top up amount Rp10.000
- Fee per transaction Rp1.000

BTN Internet Banking (Web)

1. Login to your mobile / internet banking
2. Select TRANSFER & PAYMENT > PURCHASE
3. Select PAYEE NOT IN THE LIST
4. In INSTITUTION CATEGORY select GO-PAY > INSTITUTION > GO-PAY CUSTOMER followed by nick name
5. Enter your GO-JEK app registered phone number (Example : 0812XXXXXX)
6. Insert response from token
7. Enter top up amount
8. Select account number & transaction schedule
9. Follow the instruction to complete your transaction

Note :
- Minimum top up amount Rp10.000
- Fee per transaction Rp1.000

ATM BTN

1. Insert your ATM card and enter your PIN
2. Select PEMBAYARAN > MULTIPAYMENT > VIRTUAL ACCOUNT
3. Enter GO-JEK company code : 99000 and your GO-JEK app registered phone number (Example : 99000 0812XXXXXX)
4. Enter top up amount
5. Follow the instruction to complete your transaction
